Rachel Edwards, M.S., L.Ac. Acupuncturist, herbalist, and Tai Chi Chuan instructor, specializes in addiction and behavioral health, and sees her role as a facilitator for each person’s unique capacity for transformation and healing. Rachel graduated from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2001 and has been sharing the benefits of holistic medicine and self-cultivation practices with the Vermont community ever since.
Meg Tipper has practiced yoga for over forty-five years and has used the spiritual discipline of yoga as a complement to twelve-step recovery since 1985. She did her 300-hour yoga teacher training at Kripalu, where she continues to study towards her 500-hour certification. Meg started the Recovery Community Yoga program at the Turning Point Center of Chittenden County where it has been flourishing for over three years.
Ellen Albertson, PhD, RDN, CD, CPHWC is a Psychologist, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Professional Health & Wellness Coach, Reiki Master, and Mindful Self-compassion Teacher.
