Make an Appointment
To make an appointment, you must be a registered patient on the Vermont Marijuana Registry and have selected either CVD or SVW as your dispensary. Once you’ve taken those steps, make an appointment at your selected dispensary.
What To Bring With You
- Your Vermont state issued Medical Marijuana Card indicating CVD as your designated dispensary. You will need this at every visit.
- A second state or government issued photo ID for verification. You will need this for your first visit only.
- A lock box, which is required to leave the premises with you medicine, as well as while transporting.

We accept cash and debit cards, which are run as ATM withdrawals. There is a $2.00 service fee and we advise you to check with your bank ahead of time to see what your daily cash withdrawal limit may be. Sorry, we cannot accept credit cards at this time.
Inclement Weather Policy
It is our mission to ensure that our patients have access to their medicine. We will do our best to remain open in the event of inclement weather so that we can honor scheduled appointments. Please check our website for up to date information on delays or closings. When school districts in Chittenden and Windham County are experiencing delays or closings due to inclement weather, CVD and SVW will waive our $25 late cancellation fee for patients who is unable to make it to his/her scheduled appointment. Our office hours may vary so if you have any questions regarding your appointment please visit this page, or contact our office directly by email or phone. You can also check Facebook or Twitter for more information.
